Featured New Weapon of the Week

Well it’s that time again, a new week and a new weapon. This week is the Void ArchMage of Nulgath Staff which was released this past Friday along with several other sets and new items for the true and dedicated fans of the archfiend to obtain. 

Void ArchMage Staff of Nulgath 

“The claw protects the eye of this powerful staff.”

Good news as this staff is obtainable by both member and nonmember players as this staff sells for 350 ACs, which is a steal! Why? It’s color custom to the accessory color and has a nice lightning based animation. This is obtainable through:

-Nulgath’s Rare Shop in Battleon 

-Nulgath’s Rare Shop through the Game Menu

-Nulgath’s Rare Shop in Tercessuinotlim (You’ll need several reagents to get here, so the first two are the easiest methods).

The staff is neat and we can expect Nulgath to release more items in the near future, particularly in October as Alina had mentioned on twitter.

Featured New Weapon of the Week

As stated, I’ll be taking over the FNWotW segment with permission by Dwight. This week’s weapon is none other than an item from Death’s own personal collection, his scythe!

Death’s Scythe

“Souls weep at this blade’s approach.”

 This weapon is from the new release and from the map /join shadowattack and drops from the boss, Death. The weapon is tagged as a low 1% drop rate and it took me around 40 kills to obtain it, however it can take more or less skills to obtain. Nothing has been stated about whether it will be going rare, though it most likely will not be. The scythe’s design is rather simple, but it’s death’s own scythe which makes it that much cooler! Very few can claim that they own a scythe and even fewer can claim it’s death’s. According to the wiki, it does 3% more damage to chaos monsters and has a sell back value of 250 gold. All in all, it is a pretty sweet weapon that members and nonmembers can both obtain as a reminder that they made death.. redead!

New Archfiend Gear -Coming Soon-

Hello everyone! I’m the newest addition to the fan site and hope to stay a long time while contributing a good share of posts. I’ll be taking over the Featured New Weapon of the Week segment as well as post special shop and news about upcoming shops or item drops.

The archfiend, Nulgath, has been mentioned to be making new gear for his dedicated followers. No news have been given to how many items he’ll be making/releasing or when in terms of a specific date, but it will be later this month (hopefully the promise is kept). One set that has been revealed via Twitter and the design notes is the Void Warlord of Nulgath.

Are you a loyal Nulgath follower? His warlords are!

Personally, I like how this game out and the color seems to compliment each other, and I can imagine several helms to be released for this set. As many of his items, I imagine they would require reagents to be obtained, such as diamonds, gems, totems and so on, but the only way to be sure is to wait and keep an eye on the design notes! Hopefully they’re for ACs too for the followers who don’t enjoy spending hours to farm for the difficult drops.

According to the design notes, ArchMage of Nulgath and BeastMaster of Nulgath will also be released in his shop which both sound awesome, and seeing Nulgath’s art before, he doesn’t disappoint. As the month progresses, I’m sure there will be more sneak peaks so keep an eye on the Design Notes! Till next time! -wave-
